Accessibility Statement

BridgeThis is committed to making the marketplace usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Last updated: June 21, 2026

1. Our commitment

BridgeThis wants founders and developers to be able to access the marketplace, review projects, send messages, create proposals, manage payments, upload files, and track delivery records regardless of ability.

We aim to improve accessibility over time and to follow widely used web accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines where reasonably possible for our stage and product.

2. Accessibility goals

We aim to support:

  • Keyboard navigation for core actions.
  • Readable text and clear page structure.
  • Visible focus states for interactive elements.
  • Meaningful labels for forms, buttons, and links.
  • Reasonable color contrast.
  • Alt text or accessible names for important images and controls.
  • Responsive layouts that work across different screen sizes.
  • Error messages that help users understand what went wrong.

3. Known limitations

BridgeThis is an early-stage product and may not be perfect. Some parts of the marketplace, including messages, file uploads, project media, payment flows, third-party tools, and older interface elements may need additional accessibility improvements.

We plan to continue improving accessibility as we test the platform, receive feedback, and prepare for broader public launch.

4. Third-party services

Some parts of BridgeThis may rely on third-party services, such as Stripe for payments or other infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own accessibility features, limitations, and support processes.

5. Reporting accessibility issues

If you experience an accessibility barrier on BridgeThis, contact us through the Contact page and include:

  • The page or feature where the issue occurred.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • The assistive technology, browser, or device you were using, if relevant.
  • A short description of the problem.

We will review accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to fix issues that affect core use of the platform.

6. No retaliation

Users will not be penalized for reporting accessibility issues in good faith. We appreciate reports that help make BridgeThis safer and easier to use.
